SPARSH

A co-creation robot that helps disabled artists create bigger — on their own terms.

Built by two Grade 5 students in Mumbai. Designed with disabled artists, not for them. SPARSH lets foot and mouth painters work at larger scales, in less time, with complete independence — preserving traditional Indian art forms by keeping their artists working.

"The joy is in making the art. Not in watching a machine make it."

— Nadeem Shaikh, foot painting artist, IMFPA Mumbai

The Four Parts of SPARSH

SRIJAN (सृजन)

Creation

Where the artist creates and chooses how SPARSH helps.

SPARSH ENGINE (स्पर्श)

Touch

The software brain that reads, smooths, and scales the artist's strokes.

VISTAAR (विस्तार)

Expansion

The drawing robot that scales the artist's design 3× larger.

HASTAKSHAR + RANG SAATHI (हस्ताक्षर + रंग साथी)

Signature & Companion

The artist finishes the painting in their own way — independently, with RANG SAATHI managing their palette.
